Students at Panther Creek Homecoming

Charlotte Niersbach, Reporter

Saturday October fourth was known for all Panther Creek students as “Hoco 2014”. In between last minute shopping, mani-pedis, and going out to dinner, the day/night was hectic and one to remember. Students woke up and flooded the local nail salons, and picking up their tuxes from the dry cleaners. At Room Rack Shoes in Village Market Place,  Morrisville, a worker said “it was the busiest we’ve been since we opened, since  Panther Creek is close by, and so many of the girls live close to here.” All in all, everyone who was involved made it to  homecoming with everything ready to go.

At the homecoming dance, there was lots to do even if you came single. From the food tables, to dancing with your special someone or the crowd, to taking goofy or normal pictures at the photobooth, it seemed nearly impossible to be bored. The DJ was from 102.5 FM and got the crowd going within the first thirty minutes of the dance. Everyone looked amazing and it was a sight to see, especially the piles of heels left by the girls so they could get their groove on. A good portion of the students who went enjoyed it and went home with tired feet but happy smiles.
