This past season for Panther Creek volleyball has been extremely successful. They are co-conference champions with Green Hope. PC volleyball are making their way to playoffs and determined to end the season well. The varsity team’s record so far is 15-1 in conference and 20-2 overall. We pulled out some of the players and they all had nothing but good things to say about the season. When we asked Emily Maggio, one of the varsity team captains how the team felt about beating Green Hope, she said, “It was really amazing we got to end their undefeated season which was really great because they were our first loss in conference and we got to be theirs.”

The volleyball team this season has grown together and bonded by practicing everyday, working together, and spending time together outside of school. Elise Moralez said one of her favorite memories about being on the volleyball team is, “going to Dunkin Donuts before every game and spending time with her team.” Overall, the season has been amazing, the varsity team hopes to continue their streak of hard work and dedication to volleyball.
