If you are not familiar with the show “Over/Under”, it is a trivia show that interviews celebrities. The hosts of the show ask the celebrity whether they believe a show is underrated or overrated. PCNN decided to use the same idea and interview students on random topics to see if they believe it is overrated or underrated.
