Gallery: Yellowcard + New Found Glory

The kings of early 2000’s pop-punk finally convened for a co-headlining tour, which is planned to go from October 8 to November 22 all across the United States. They hit the Raleigh date just last Sunday at the Ritz; the show was extremely high-energy, from the mosh pits to the fans (both new and old). PCNN attended the show and caught both bands as well as opener Tigers Jaw – check out the gallery below.

New Found Glory played everything from 1999’s “3rd and Long” – which was requested from a fan they pulled onstage for singing along to every single song of the concert – to “Resurrection”, a track from their latest album release in 2014. Their variety, energy, and personal crowd interaction truly made the show an unforgettable one. Yellowcard also managed to induce both nostalgia and anticipation for the future within a single show by merging the set list with songs from their young and most popular album “Ocean Avenue” (2003) with the more mature “Lift a Sail” (2014). New Found Glory and Yellowcard created an antithesis of music that only made the show even more intriguing, and left the crowd with hunger for more – as they always have.
