Preview to Homecoming Football game
Cary, NC- With a 4-1 record, the Catamounts have matched the early success they had in their 2013 campaign. Our football program is well-known for the great leadership from Coach Crocker, Coach Black, and Coach Sullivan. The staff has been pushing the team to prove their numerous doubters wrong. The team’s swagger, knowledge, work ethic and confidence have earned this team a good record thus far. The team is more than just a football team, it’s a family; as Junior Offensive Lineman Isaac Williams said, “It’s my mom that motivates me every Friday night to go out and give it my all”. The catamounts have brought a lot of excitement and attention to their football team this year. Every game is huge, so a win against Cary is vital. Senior Wide Receiver Tre’ Sullivan believes this is the biggest game of they year due to the rivalry between the two schools. Since transferring to Panther Creek, Sullivan has yet to win a homecoming game, a tradition he is determined to change. Kick-off is at 7 p.m October 3rd and all eyes are on Panther Creek and their determination to win the SWAC.
