PC VS. Athens Drive 10/25
On Thursday night, the Catamounts took the field for an exciting Senior night game. 18 senior football players all lined up together with their loved ones and were each recognized for all of the hard work they put into the program over the last 4 years.
After the festivities came to a end, it was time for kickoff! Athens Drive came out surprisingly strong in the first quarter, forcing a quick out for the offense and putting 3 points on the board. It didn’t take long for the Catamounts to respond with a touchdown. From there, the cats jumped on them and Led 21-3 by the end of the 3rd quarter. It didn’t end there as QB Alexander Ahlquist found Sophomore receiver, Jonathan Streeter, for an 81-yard touchdown pass!
The final score: Panther Creek 35 Athens Drive 3. It was great to see the Seniors play such a great game in their final game at home. Come show support this Friday at Green Hope, 7 PM, the catamounts look to take the Fight for 55 home!
