Mr. Catamount Nominees Form Unexpected Bond

CARY – “If you didn’t come to Mr. Catamount, you missed out,” said homecoming queen and mascot escort Kate Ulveling, “Big time.”

Mr. Catamount is annually a great fundraiser for the senior gift and also typically results in a huge boost of school pride.  Renowned judges grace their presence on Panther Creek’s campus to see the nine contestants ready to share a part of them with the rest of their school.

“It’s something that you will remember ten years down the road at your high school reunion,” contestant number eight Ian Pierno said.  “I am truly grateful for the experience.”

The nine senior gentlemen selected by their senior student body became more than just acquaintances over the six day preparatory period.  No matter what background, niche, or social “classification” high school tends to classify their students in, these Catamounts formed a unique bond they weren’t expecting to make.

“We’re so close now, we’ve literally started finishing each other’s sentences,” Pierno said.

And in order to elude to this idea, PCNN produced a video highlighting their newly formed relationships – finishing each other’s sentences like usual.
