Nerf or Nothing! PC Seniors Nerf Wars

Caleb Hudson, Producer

It’s year two of the infamous Nerf Wars for PC’s senior class, and it’s Nerf or Nothing. Former PC alum Justin Reichardt started this madness in March of 2016, appropriately enough at the same time NCAA March madness began.

Teams consist of six people and each team is located in their own region. Teams have come up with exotic names some including: “Bad moms”, “Back courtyard boys”, and Trump inspired “Border Patrol”. Seniors from around the school come together to seek and destroy one another in hopes of making it to the final stage.

Along the way, PC Nerf has gained notoriety throughout the SWAC with schools, Green Hope, Apex, Cary, and Apex Friendship all starting their own nerf wars (Apex friendship doesn’t even have seniors). One of the ways to avoid being shot down is to strip down to your undergarments, after speaking with multiple seniors all stated, “I would strip to stay alive”.

Talk about taking one for the team.

Watch the video to see and hear the sounds of PC Nerf wars as it gets started. Seven regions, 42 teams, One champion, who will come out on top? Stay up to date by following @PcNerf on twitter to see who’s shooting who.
